			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A very successful AGM was held at The Sun Public House, Waterbeach on 15th February 2012.</p>
<p>14 members attended out of 24, and 6 apologies were received.</p>
<p>Thank you to Phil G8KLC, Regional Controller, for attending and providing a valuable update as to the National activities.</p>
<p>All reports from officers were well received.</p>

<p>The committee was unchanged apart from the Training Officer position, which Peter M0DCV has kindly offered to take on, as Dave M0VMC steps down. Please see the committee page for full details.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What&#8217;s an MCU you ask?&#160; Mobile Communications Unit.&#160; We are dispensing with the use of &quot;caravan&quot;.&#160; The photos below show the first phase of the refit for the MCU.&#160; That was to make it professional looking on the outside and to make it recognisable to the public in the official RAYNET colours and typical style of other MCU&#8217;s held by other groups.</p>
<p>We look forward to displaying the MCU at EVERY event were possible.&#160; It&#8217;s an important asset of the group and we feel it should be used every time our group is out at an event or call out.&#160; Second phase of the refit will be to reconfigure the inside to make it more fit for purpose.&#160; </p>
